The location of this place was great for exploring the nearby attractions and Lake Charles on July 3, with plenty to do in the area. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was satisfying.

There was no wi-fi . The other quest were nosey and the front desk was notified.

Room was very Large. Staff bent over backwards to get us a downstairs room (when Hotel was full)

Rooms need renovations. Breakfast was worst that I have ever had.

Friendly staff, convenient downstairs room, comfy bed. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Efficient assistance from Mrs. Karen, even when off-site. Great location. Satisfactory breakfast. Steps to improve, but overall a decent experience.

My part of the hotel was suppose to be smoke free but you can smell the smoke down the hall. The place is decorated like the early 90s. The toilet and shower was dirty. The bath towels were suppose to be white but they looked like it was used over 1,000 times it look like dirt had set in the towels. I was told my the front desk clerk I was getting the best room they have. I would hate to see how the worst room looks like. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. More like a Motel.

My recent stay at Richmond Suites was absolutely delightful. The location was conveniently situated near the highway, making it easy to find and access. The hotel's design created a tranquil and private atmosphere, like being in a secluded resort. The venue where we held our family reunion was spacious and allowed us to enjoy outdoor activities and games on the park-like grounds. I especially appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff, particularly Karen at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond to make every guest feel like a VIP. I highly recommend Richmond Suites for a family reunion or any other occasion.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for destinations we were going to. Lake Charles Regional airport was hardly 19 minutes away by car.

Didn't stay. Rooms were horrendous. The ac unit was removed from the wall. I will use another site for now on.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this place was really good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. Plus, the staff treated me and my family so nicely!

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better is if they had more variety.

pet-friendly and great-sized room, everything was great. the room i booked was repainted and available with a king size bed. the staff were incredibly nice and affable and made me feel comfortable. location: the hotel was near to area attractions, the center, and lake charles or anyone who has a resonable standard. it also was reasonably close to downtown.

We found the best prices at the hotel. The property was newly remodeled and wonderful. The room was well-maintained and included a living area, a chair, and ample channels. The breakfast offered a lot of great meals.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and nice. The location was convenient, close to attractions and the Interstate. The staff treated us well, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Richmond Suites.

I had a very nice stay during my last visit. The breakfast was good with plenty of great options. The staff was very attentive and excellent people. The location was convenient and unbeatable - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

Check-in was quick and room was ready. Good-sized room and bathroom. Pool was satisfactory. Construction inside but kept clean and out of the way. The location was convenient. Reservation and accommodations were diligently handled by Mrs. Karen, who provided exemplary service. The comfortable bed compensated for the lack of late checkout. The desk clerk's exceptional customer service made me change my mind about canceling.
